Introduction
TrANS is a comprehensive 120-hour industry awareness program providing orientation and introduction to the road construction business. Individuals who successfully complete the TrANS industry awareness course receive interview opportunities with local road construction contractors.

The experience I have gained made me a believer, and my self-esteem has sky rocketed. I always knew I could do it, but the confidence I gained hearing that from someone else helped me realize my potential.
