Where we offer Supportive Housing
Dana is one of the most determined women we’ve ever seen. She was able to turn a challenge into an opportunity and now provides a stable life for her three daughters. When her family came to SHP after living in hotels, we worked with Dana to find housing and then a job. This began with a work experience for her landlord. She did such a great job that she was hired on for 20 hours a week, which covers her rent. Dana then found another part time job to bring in cash to support her family. Now, she has purchased her own car and has taken classes to learn about property management. Great work Dana!
