In the past two years, the YMCA has benefited from Forward Service Corporation’s services in several ways. We have had a shortage of employees in Adventure Alley, our drop-in child watch service and at our customer service desk. Through the (WIA) program, the YMCA was able to meet its staffing needs while educating and training three Forward Service Corporation participants for future employment. All three of the participants that worked with us were also placed in permanent staffing positions with the YMCA.
